Terms

This is a plain restatement of the booking and payment terms published by IrishDriven. Ask for the full conditions before you travel. Cancellation terms, where they apply, are provided with the quote.

Quotes and payment

After an enquiry, IrishDriven reviews the journey and sends a personalised quote. Payment, which may be a secure link or an agreed cash payment, is discussed before the service is confirmed.

IrishDriven says it is not responsible for charges from third-party payment providers, or for errors caused by incorrect payment details from a client.

Accounts

Unless otherwise agreed, accounts are invoiced weekly. Payment is expected within seven days unless prior arrangements have been made. Direct payments should cover the full invoice, and the remittance should include the invoice number.

Bookings

IrishDriven may accept or decline a booking based on schedule, fleet capacity and whether the journey can be operated.
